When someone uses your code in a completed trade, you earn the same number of points they earned — 100% of their points, with no loss to them. Points can be redeemed for Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys on the rewards page.

We accept Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys and Refined/Reclaimed/Scrap Metal as forms of currency.

Reward points are credited to your account instantly after a trade. If it's been over 5 minutes without recieving your points, please create a support ticket.

This may be because:
- We don't have enough keys to buy your unusual item
- We have max stock of your unusual item
- Your unusual item is a weapon (which we currently do not accept) We are continuously updating the unusual items that we accept. Check back soon!
